As such, I agree and authorize The Company to:

1.Use my information to process and administer services as declared.

2.Retain my information for within two (2) years from the date of acquisition of personal information or at such time that I submit to The Company a written cancellation of this consent, whichever is earlier. I agree that my information will be anonymized after this period.
