HOTEL POLICIES

General Terms

  • Rates attached herein are good for 2 Pax only, the hotel strictly follows the maximum capacity per room type.
  • Extra person is subject to additional charge and is dependent on the room type you chose.
  • Guest who are 0-12 years of age are free of charge.
  • Guest below 21 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  • The booking agreement provided by the Hotel, along with the deposit slip used in the purchase, or a photocopy thereof, and a valid I.D. must be presented to the hotel staff during check-in. Failure to do so may result in the reservation not being honored or an alternative method of payment being required by the hotel.
  • Receipts will not bare the trade name Hotel Ava rather it will bear the company name of the branch.
  • Hotel has the right to charge the guest for any additional services or damages incurred to the property during their stay.

12 hour-stay Policy 
  • The guests’ check-out date & time will be based on the check-in time of the guest, which is exactly 12-hours upon arrival. For example, guests arriving at 7AM,
  • will be asked to check out at 7PM on the same day. If the guest arrives at 1PM, the check out time will be 1AM of the following day. 
  • Room stay extensions will be based to the walk in rate of the property. 
  • Please be advised that if you book a 12-hour accommodation for X number of nights, the 12-hours stays will be compressed continuously. If you booked 2 12-hour stays for 2 nights, it will be compressed to a 24 hour stay only. 

Modification and Cancellation Policy

  • Booking Fee is NOT refundable. Once the booking has been confirmed, it must be used on the said date. There is no refund for cancellations.
  • Modifications of bookings such as change of date are allowed but should be made at least 1 day in advance. 
    • Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given. 
    • If the guest arrives later than the declared time of arrival, she/he will not be reimbursed for any unused portions of his/her reservation, and they will need to check-out on the stipulated time. 
    • For confirmed reservations with a specific room request, guest will be given a 15-minute leeway. In the absence of the guest after the 15-minute leeway, the specific room requested will be opened to walk-in guests. If the guest arrives and the room has been occupied, the Hotel has the right to choose a different room theme in the same room category with the same rate. 

Pet-Friendly Hotel Policies

  • Pets must not be left unattended in the hotel room or suite.
  • Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guests.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash when in hotel premises unless inside the guest’s room.
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet’s inside hotel premises and in the neighborhood.
  • Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
  • Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pets.
  • Guests agree to hold the hotel, its owners and operators free from all liabilities and indemnify for the damages suffered as a result of the guest’s pet.
  • The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account for such incidents.
